OS-WKNC/HL can lighting LD easily.

■Specialized for APC driving driver up to CW/300mA by single power supplier 3.6=15V
■Output stability within 0.3(25℃ environment) high perfoemance
■Rise time within 70μｓ, Fall time within 100μs and it can modulate DC~few kHz
■TTL positive logic or negative logic are selectable
■By adjust two potential meter on substrate, it could be set LD output or normal output optionally
■When it sense abnormal temperature or over current, it will shut down automatically.
■All LD Anode common or Cathode common) can be applied by selection of he electrode pds
■If you use dive current more than 100mA, please attach a heat sink on the back surface of the substrate
